Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required call and weekend call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Scrub and circulate during complex cardiac and vascular procedures
Assist with open and endovascular vascular cases
Support Type A dissections, CABG, AVR, MVR, and TAVR procedures
Collaborate with surgeons during VSD repairs and Impella/ECMO insertions
Provide expert care in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Work seamlessly as part of a dedicated CVOR team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years exclusive CVOR experience
Experience scrubbing and circulating in cardiac and vascular surgery
Ability to work well under pressure and in emergencies

Knowledge & Skills

CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery
Scrub and circulate skills
Knowledge of open and endovascular procedures
Familiarity with complex cardiac cases including Type A dissections and TAVRs
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
