Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to med-surg patients across two floors
Monitor telemetry and respond to cardiac changes with confidence
Start IVs and manage medications using Alaris pumps
Collaborate with charge nurses, LVNs, and PCTs for seamless teamwork
Float to inpatient rehab, ED, or PCU when needed while staying within your scope

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
At least 1 year of telemetry and med-surg experience
Strong cardiac recognition and IV start skills preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Remote telemetry monitoring
Capnography and glucometer use
EMR documentation with Alterra (Allscripts)
Time management and positive team attitude
