Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-acuity care to critically ill patients in our 16-bed NVICU
Monitor and manage patients requiring central lines, arterial lines, and ventilators
Collaborate with a dedicated team of 46 staff members to deliver exceptional outcomes
Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors as needed to support patient care across the hospital
Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR and follow evidence-based protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license and ACLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

ICU experience with confidence in managing ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients
Familiarity with Meditech EMR is a plus
Background in oncology or neuro care is welcomed
Comfortable with central line and arterial line management, intubation support, and EVD patient care
