Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients in the CVICU
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier treatment
Administer medications and manage advanced life-support equipment
Educate patients and families on recovery plans with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state
Minimum 1 year of CVICU or ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiovascular intensive care protocols
Hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Electronic medical records documentation
Patient advocacy and family communication
