Shift Type: Variable schedule with call required, 6:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms and ensure all surgical equipment is ready for procedures
Assist surgeons during a wide range of cases including general, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma
Maintain sterile field and follow strict infection control protocols
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver exceptional patient care
Support multiple service lines with broad surgical knowledge and adaptability

Qualifications

Current CST or ORT certification required
Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
Strong background in general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma procedures
Ability to work variable schedules including call coverage

Knowledge & Skills

Broad surgical knowledge across multiple specialties
Experience with robotics and advanced surgical techniques
Strong attention to detail and sterile technique
Ability to adapt quickly to different surgical teams and procedures
Cerner documentation system experience preferred
