Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with a dynamic team in a fast-paced Level 2 trauma and comprehensive stroke center
Monitor patients using advanced equipment including Baxter pumps and GE monitors
Document patient care accurately in the Cerner system
Float within all sections of the Emergency Department as needed
Uphold patient experience standards with AIDET communication and respectful interactions

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an ER setting
Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications
ENPC certification within 90 days of hire
Experience in a high-volume ED with over 100,000 annual visits preferred
Previous HCA experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong teamwork and real-time coaching abilities
Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department
Proficiency with Cerner documentation system
Comfort with cardiac monitoring and internal processing workflows
Commitment to patient-centered care and clear communication
