Roles & Responsibilities
- Help patients regain strength and mobility through hands-on therapy sessions
- Collaborate with physical therapists to implement personalized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and celebrate every milestone achieved
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques
- Create a welcoming, encouraging environment for healing
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Current state licensure required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
