Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to surgical patients throughout their perioperative journey
Collaborate with surgeons and the OR team to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Prepare operating rooms and verify all equipment and supplies are ready
Monitor patients closely before, during, and after surgery
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest safety standards

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
BLS certification required
Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

Expert knowledge of sterile technique and surgical protocols
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly
Clear communication with patients and the care team
Proficiency with OR equipment and documentation systems
