Shift Type: 3 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients on the Acute Care unit
Manage a patient ratio of 6-7:1 while ensuring each individual feels valued
Provide specialized wound care and support geriatric or swing bed rehab patients
Collaborate with a supportive team that truly values excellent culture and teamwork
Document patient progress accurately using Cerner
Respond to the unique needs of an affluent community with concierge-level service

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina or compact license
BLS certification required
ACLS and CPI preferred
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
Care of Geriatric or past inpatient Rehab experience required
Wound Care experience required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong wound care skills
Experience with geriatric or swing bed rehab patients
Comfortable with standard Med/Surg equipment
Proficient with Cerner documentation system
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
