Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, specialized care to children in a behavioral health setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child's unique needs
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans to promote positive outcomes
Create a safe, nurturing environment where young patients can thrive

Qualifications

Active RN license in Illinois
BLS certification required
CPI certification required
DCI/BVP certification required
Previous behavioral health experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with children and families
Knowledge of behavioral health best practices
Team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
