Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and monitor patients' condition with attention to detail
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Document patient information clearly and timely to support continuity of care
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care team members to develop and update care plans
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Participate in shift handoffs and communicate changes in patient status effectively
Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications

Active LPN license valid in Pennsylvania (required)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required)
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but motivated new grads welcome to apply

Education

Diploma or Certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic IV/PO knowledge
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Electronic medical record (EMR) charting and documentation
Infection control practices and clinical safety procedures
Basic wound care and assistance with ADLs
Time management and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare setting
