Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and days to be confirmed

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor and document patient status, vitals, and changes in condition
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist residents with activities of daily living while preserving dignity
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with calm and competence
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain one)
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings

Education

LPN diploma or certificate from an accredited vocational nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic pharmacology
Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Wound care fundamentals and basic treatments
Electronic health record documentation
Infection control and safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a clinical setting
