Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assess and monitor patient condition, reporting changes promptly
Document care and observations clearly in the patient record
Collaborate with the care team to coordinate effective treatment plans
Maintain a safe, hygienic environment and follow infection control standards
Support patients and families with education and emotional reassurance

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — must be valid in New Mexico
Local candidates only (position is local hire)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing dependable weekend coverage
Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing / Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Electronic health record charting and accuracy
Basic wound care and hygiene support
Infection control practices and patient safety
Clear communication with patients, families and clinical teams
