Shift Type: Per-diem (schedule varies), Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including toileting, feeding, and mobility support
Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
Support safe transfers and ambulation, using assistive devices when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with nurses and care team members

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Comfortable working night shifts, per-diem schedule with 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM availability
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered attitude
Ability to follow facility policies, safety procedures, and documentation standards

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care and ADLs
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Basic infection control and hygiene practices
Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
Clear communication and teamwork with nursing staff
