Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (as scheduled), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Night

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
Document care and observations clearly and timely
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure individualized care plans are followed
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass background and health screenings per facility policy
Comfort working overnight shifts and providing compassionate care
Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate effectively with residents and team members

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of basic patient care and activities of daily living
Comfortable taking and recording vital signs
Knowledge of infection control and safety procedures
Clear, empathetic communication with residents and care teams
Teamwork and time-management skills during busy shifts
Basic documentation skills and attention to detail
