Contract Type: Per-Diem

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and document resident condition and care given accurately
Support the nursing team by reporting changes and collaborating on care plans
Help create a warm, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Assist with mobility, feeding, hygiene, and comfort measures with dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with background checks and standard healthcare screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident-centered care

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and basic patient care
Ability to accurately chart and follow care plans
Good infection control and safety practices
Compassionate bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
