Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Take and record vital signs and report any concerning changes to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility and transfers safely using proper techniques
- Assist with meal service and ensure hydration needs are met
- Document care accurately and hand off important information during shift changes
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and families
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (or equivalent) — Pennsylvania certification preferred or eligible
- CPR/BLS certification required or must obtain upon hire
- Comfortable working in long-term care or skilled nursing environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered mindset
- Ability to pass background checks, TB screening, and any required health screenings
Education
- Completion of an accredited CNA training program; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of ADLs (activities of daily living) and basic bedside care
- Proficiency taking and documenting vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection control best practices
- Basic charting skills; experience with electronic health records is a plus
- Ability to follow care plans and escalate concerns to nursing staff promptly
