Shift Type: Per-diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Evening shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Assist with safe transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent injury
- Take and report vital signs and observe patients for changes in condition
- Document care accurately and communicate important updates to the nursing team
- Support individualized care plans to help patients maintain dignity and independence
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control best practices
- Build positive relationships with patients and families through clear, respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
- CPR/BLS certification (preferred or obtain upon hire)
- Prior experience as a CNA preferred but new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
- Basic vital signs and observational skills
- Safe transfer and mobility techniques
- Charting and basic documentation
- Infection prevention and control practices
- Empathy, patience, and effective communication with patients and teammates
