Shift Type: Per diem (as needed), Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility while promoting patient independence
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and the care team
- Document care and observations accurately in resident records
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
- Compassionate attitude, reliable attendance, and strong teamwork skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting helpful but not required
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed CNA training program and state certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic clinical skills: taking vital signs, assisting with ADLs, safe resident handling
- Working knowledge of infection prevention and resident safety practices
- Comfortable with bedside documentation and clear verbal communication
- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
- Respectful, patient-centered approach to diverse resident needs
