Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, including O-ARM and C-arm procedures in the operating room
• Operate portable radiography equipment and manage bedside imaging with care and professionalism
• Prepare and administer contrast media safely and document appropriately
• Collaborate with surgical teams during intraoperative imaging to support excellent patient outcomes
• Chart accurately and promptly in Epic to keep patient records current and team communication seamless
• Follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols to protect patients and staff
• Manage a busy exam load (including trauma and surgical cases) with efficiency and attention to detail
• Assist in training or mentoring colleagues when needed and contribute to a positive learning environment

Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification preferred (must be able to demonstrate required clinical skills)
• BLS certification required or willing to obtain
• OBMI or equivalent mobile imaging experience is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of radiology experience (fluoroscopy and OR experience strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience with O-ARM, C-Arm, PACS and Epic (charting) is highly desirable
• Comfort working in high-volume settings and performing trauma and surgical imaging
• Ability to work required weekend shift(s) and participate in a minimum of one on-call rotation per month

Knowledge & Skills

• Radiography and fluoroscopy technique and safety
• O-ARM and C-Arm intraoperative imaging
• Portable radiography and bedside procedures
• PACS image management and Epic charting workflows
• Contrast media preparation and administration
• Radiation safety principles and infection prevention practices
• Experience with GE, Carestream and Fuji imaging equipment observed/preferred
• Familiarity with ERCP, Panorex and hybrid unit workflows
