Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered bedside care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status accurately and timely
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe care environment
Respond professionally to patient needs and emergent situations

Qualifications

Current LPN license in good standing (New Hampshire license preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required or willing to obtain
Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy
Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) on a per diem basis
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Previous LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certificate or diploma; state licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation
Proficient in basic patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting practices
Good clinical judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
Strong infection control practices and safe patient handling techniques
