Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care with professionalism
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Conduct timely assessments and document clinical findings clearly
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health goals
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure a safe environment
• Participate in shift handoffs and contribute to a smooth continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential
• Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varied schedules
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program

• Medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Resident assessment and documentation best practices
• Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
• Basic wound care and monitoring clinical changes
• Collaborative care and clear clinical communication
