Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (days vary), 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with compassion and professionalism
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support safe transfers and maintain a safe, clean environment
Document patient information thoroughly and timely in the chart
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Help uphold facility standards for infection control and patient safety

Qualifications

Current LNA certification or equivalent in the applicable state
Valid nursing assistant license for New Hampshire or multi-state certification as applicable
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Comfortable working independently on per diem shifts and as part of a team
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an accredited nursing assistant program and current LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of basic nursing assistant duties and best practices
Ability to take vitals accurately and recognize changes in patient condition
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and coworkers
Reliable charting and attention to detail
Good mobility and safe patient handling techniques
