Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem nights (schedule varies), 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and support for residents’ daily living activities
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence
Monitor and document resident conditions and communicate changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and use of assistive devices, keeping safety a top priority
Deliver timely and respectful personal care while building trusting relationships
Contribute to a positive team culture by collaborating with nursing staff and other departments

Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification (VT or NH) as required for this role
Comfortable and capable working night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Ability to follow facility policies, maintain patient confidentiality, and document accurately
Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements (background check, health screening) as applicable

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
LNA certification in good standing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong patient-care skills with emphasis on activities of daily living
Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
Basic infection control practices and safe handling techniques
Observation and documentation of resident status and care given
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs during night shifts
