Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM (3x12-hour day shifts); On-call evenings/nights after 7:00 PM - 6:30 AM and 24-hour weekend on-call (Saturday or Sunday). Shift type: Day with on-call/rotating nights and weekends.

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate for a wide variety of surgical cases across Ortho, Robotics, GYN, Urology, Plastics and Podiatry, ensuring seamless perioperative care
• Support and assist during Da Vinci Xi robotic procedures and MAKO-assisted orthopedic cases
• Monitor patients under conscious sedation and act quickly to maintain safety and comfort
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with scrub tasks when needed
• Document accurately and efficiently in EPIC to support continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary support teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Respond to on-call duties (up to 10 calls per 12-week schedule) and provide reliable weekend on-call coverage
• Adhere to Trauma Level I protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Trauma Level I experience required
• EPIC experience required
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi surgical system and MAKO system a strong plus
• Scrub experience and conscious sedation monitoring preferred
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC charting and perioperative documentation
• Strong circulating skills across multiple specialties
• Familiarity with Da Vinci Xi robotic system and robotic workflow
• Experience with MAKO system for orthopedic cases
• Comfort with conscious sedation monitoring and safety protocols
• Competence in scrub assistance for arthroscopic and open orthopedic procedures
• Knowledge of gynecologic, urologic, plastics, and podiatry operative procedures
• Ability to work flexibly, float between OR areas, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams
