Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while following established care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
• Perform focused assessments and escalate changes in patient condition promptly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, efficient care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and contribute to quality initiatives
• Support patient education and family communication to improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN licensure (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required) and additional certifications encouraged
• Clinical experience in a related setting preferred; new grads with strong clinical training welcome to apply
• Reliable, professional attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evenings and follow facility scheduling requirements

Education

• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program or Associate Degree in Nursing (depending on role)

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Medication administration and safe documentation practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families and the care team
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
