Location: Andover, MA

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during night shifts
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor and document resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition
Collaborate with nursing peers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Support activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergencies during your shift
Communicate clearly with families and staff to maintain continuity of care

Qualifications

Current, active LPN or RN license applicable to Massachusetts
CPR/BLS certification (or able to obtain promptly)
Comfortable working night shift and handling routine and urgent clinical situations
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to meet facility health requirements
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Education

Completion of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN degree) and required state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Clinical assessment and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions
Familiarity with infection control and resident safety protocols
Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation skills
Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
Compassionate bedside manner and resident-centered care approach
