Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care during night shifts
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Monitor and document resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Collaborate with nursing peers and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Support activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Respond promptly to clinical changes and emergencies during your shift
- Communicate clearly with families and staff to maintain continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN or RN license applicable to Massachusetts
- CPR/BLS certification (or able to obtain promptly)
- Comfortable working night shift and handling routine and urgent clinical situations
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Up-to-date immunizations and ability to meet facility health requirements
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
Education
- Completion of an accredited nursing program (LPN diploma or RN degree) and required state licensure
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Clinical assessment and monitoring of acute and chronic conditions
- Familiarity with infection control and resident safety protocols
- Electronic medical record (EMR) documentation skills
- Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
- Compassionate bedside manner and resident-centered care approach
