Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts
- Perform timely assessments and document patient status in the EMR
- Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and follow care plans
- Monitor changes in condition and escalate concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate records, support safe handoffs, and ensure continuity of care
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote dignity and comfort
Qualifications
- Current and valid Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS if applicable to your role
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing is a plus
- Comfortable working night shifts and functioning independently
- Strong communication skills and commitment to resident-centered care
- Ability to pass facility background checks and required screenings
Education
- LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent
- RN: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Patient assessment and recognition of clinical changes
- Wound care basics and infection control principles
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Time management, prioritization, and teamwork during busy shifts
- Respectful, empathetic interpersonal skills with residents and families
