Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care with professionalism
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assess and document patient status, changes, and care provided
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to optimize outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly to the care team
- Support transitions of care and communicate clearly with families
- Follow facility policies and infection control practices to keep everyone safe
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice, or eligible to obtain one
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or must obtain upon hire
- Previous LPN experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening as required by facility
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Education
- Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent completed from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and documentation best practices
- Basic nursing assessments and infection prevention
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
- Time management, prioritization, and teamwork
- Clinical observation and escalation of changes in condition
