Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care consistent with facility guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered outcomes
Perform assessments, document findings, and communicate changes promptly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to clinical protocols
Support smooth shift handoffs and assist colleagues when patient needs spike

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year relevant experience (as stated in the posting)
Current licensure/certification required by the facility (obtain/maintain prior to start)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent as required by employer
Ability to travel and adapt quickly to new clinical environments
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

Solid clinical judgment and patient assessment skills
Proven ability to document accurately and follow facility protocols
Excellent teamwork, time management, and prioritization
Comfortable with electronic health records and basic tech used in clinical settings
Adaptability to changing patient loads and varied practice environments
