Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per facility policy
Monitor and report changes in condition to ensure timely interventions
Document care clearly and thoroughly to support continuity across the team
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and staff to deliver coordinated care
Support resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life every shift

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift
Local candidates preferred (LOCAL ONLY) — reliable commute to Seaford Center

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and observation skills
Safe medication administration and accurate documentation
Clear communication with residents, families, and the care team
Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork
Comfortable working in a long-term care/center environment
