Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Perform thorough resident assessments and document care in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care
• Support infection control and immunization protocols to protect residents
• Complete required competency testing and skills checklists to maintain clinical excellence
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to promote resident well-being

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (Massachusetts) or eligibility to obtain one
• BLS certification required
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to complete License/Certificate Verification and Trinity specialty competency testing
• Successful completion of Trinity 10 Panel drug screen and background checks
• Current fit test and respirator evaluation as required
• Up-to-date immunizations including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, COVID-19, and influenza or acceptable exemptions
• Able to provide a physical/health statement as requested

• Long-term care nursing practices and resident-centered care
• Medication administration and clinical documentation
• Basic life support and emergency response
• Infection prevention and immunization protocols
• Ability to complete structured competency testing and skills checklists
• Comfort working in a per diem pool with variable assignments and fast onboarding requirements
