Shift Type: Day shifts, 12-hour shifts (days); includes weekend coverage and floating between units. Exact start/end times vary by unit/assignment; schedule may include as-needed/per diem day coverage.

Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality critical care to adult ICU patients with compassion and clinical excellence
- Monitor hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms and respond quickly to patient changes
- Administer medications and perform prime pharmacology tasks with accuracy and attention to safety
- Perform rhythm interpretation and escalate concerns to the interdisciplinary team
- Float seamlessly between units and assist where patient needs are highest
- Complete required Prime competency exams, skills checklists, and specialty assessments
- Maintain full compliance with licensing, health screenings, and facility onboarding requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license verified via Nursys
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- DCI/BVP certification as listed in the job requirements
- ICU / Critical Care experience and comfort working 12-hour day shifts
- Ability to float between units and provide weekend coverage
- Willingness and ability to complete required Prime exams and skills checklists within the onboarding timeline
- Meet all personal health history requirements (vaccines, TB testing, drug screen, fit test, etc.) prior to or shortly after start
Knowledge & Skills
- Critical Care (ICU) clinical knowledge and best practices
- Rhythm interpretation and basic arrhythmia recognition
- Pharmacology competency relevant to ICU medication administration
- Familiarity with Prime Core Competencies, specialty exams, and skills checklists
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt when floating between units
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in high-acuity settings
