Candidate Pay Rate: $28.97 - $28.97 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using the company accounting system
Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure correct payments
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and investigate discrepancies
Maintain neat, accessible records and supporting documentation
Communicate professionally with vendors to resolve payment questions
Support month-end close activities and provide clear status updates

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Proven experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
Excellent organizational skills and solid math ability
Attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines
Comfortable working on-site full-time for the duration of the assignment

Knowledge & Skills

Accounts Payable process knowledge (invoice processing, vendor reconciliation)
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP basics
Excel skills: formulas, data entry accuracy, and basic reporting
Strong organizational skills and numeric aptitude
Clear written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams
