Roles & Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely using the company accounting system
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts to ensure correct payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and investigate discrepancies
- Maintain neat, accessible records and supporting documentation
- Communicate professionally with vendors to resolve payment questions
- Support month-end close activities and provide clear status updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 6+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proven experience with accounting software and strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational skills and solid math ability
- Attention to detail and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working on-site full-time for the duration of the assignment
Education
- High school diploma or GED
Knowledge & Skills
- Accounts Payable process knowledge (invoice processing, vendor reconciliation)
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP basics
- Excel skills: formulas, data entry accuracy, and basic reporting
- Strong organizational skills and numeric aptitude
- Clear written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams
