Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day); alternative coverage: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 4x10s, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Evening). Rotating coverage options available.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostics for assigned patients
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Develop and update treatment plans, monitoring progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely, maintaining compliance
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessment when clinically indicated
- Support program-level initiatives to improve patient care and services
Qualifications
- Valid Psychologist (PSY) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential (PSYL|LMFT) — LPCC or LCSW credentials are also accepted
- Clinical experience in mental health assessment, psychotherapy, and counseling
- Ability to work Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility for evening or 4x10 coverage
- Strong clinical documentation skills and ability to work within structured systems
- Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with correctional facility staff
