Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support daily needs
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and accurately record vital signs and patient observations
Document care provided and communicate changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers, ambulation, and fall prevention efforts
Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
Work collaboratively with coworkers and families to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Valid authorization to work in the United States (if applicable)
Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and health screenings

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of direct patient care and bathing, feeding, toileting assistance
Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
Infection control and safe patient handling practices
Professional communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
Compassion, patience, and respect for patient dignity
