Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, trauma-informed nursing care tailored to patients with MST needs during the overnight shift
Assess and monitor patient status; intervene promptly for changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly in the EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care plans
Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients and families during vulnerable times
Maintain a safe environment by following policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or other advanced certifications preferred
Prior nursing experience (acute care, behavioral health, or trauma-informed settings preferred)
Comfort and training in trauma-informed care and working with MST-related conditions
Reliable ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — active RN license required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Comfortable with EMR documentation and electronic medication administration
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills for sensitive patient interactions
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced overnight environment
Teamwork mindset and collaborative problem-solving
