Location: Quincy, CA

Contract Type: Perm

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality resident care using the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement, evaluate, and document
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident-centered care and achieve desired outcomes
- Educate residents and significant others about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance
- Participate in performance improvement activities to support quality outcomes and resident safety
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current California RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (SNF experience preferred)
- Ability to administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and develop effective care plans
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with the nursing process and patient assessment
- Medication administration and safe documentation practices
- Care planning and resident education skills
- Ability to interpret diagnostic tests and collaborate with other healthcare providers
- Cultural competence and strong communication skills
Benefits
- Sign-on bonus: $7,500.00
- Compensation structure with 30 pay increments to recognize up to 30 years of relevant experience
