Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with strong clinical assessment
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
Document care in the electronic health record clearly and timely
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
Maintain infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license (eligible to practice in Pennsylvania preferred)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS or PALS as required by unit or employer
Clinical experience in acute care or similar nursing environment preferred
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time-management skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing patient needs

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing knowledge and solid patient assessment skills
Medication administration and IV therapy competency
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
