Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during night shifts
• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patient condition closely
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care and clinical observations clearly and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergent situations
• Support patients and families with education and emotional support

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in California or eligible for licensure
• Specialty experience or interest in MST (as designated by the role)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or other certifications preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Clear background checks and other facility-required onboarding completed

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Completion of program accredited by the appropriate nursing board or agency

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Familiarity with monitoring and managing acute changes overnight
• Comfortable with electronic health records and digital charting
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and the care team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
