Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in accordance with facility standards
• Assess patient condition and communicate findings promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely while documenting accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans
• Respond effectively to emergencies and escalate concerns when needed
• Maintain patient charts, complete documentation, and assist in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma or compact RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred
• Current clinical experience in relevant nursing area is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of patient assessment, medication administration, and charting best practices
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and clinical documentation
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Compassionate bedside manner and commitment to patient-centered care
