Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care consistent with facility policies
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health record documentation
• Uphold infection control standards and a safe care environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse licensure (RN) — ability to practice in Pennsylvania preferred
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification, with advanced certifications as required by unit
• Clinical experience as a bedside RN; facility will consider relevant acute care experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass required background checks and facility onboarding requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Medication administration and documentation best practices
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
• IV therapy and basic wound care skills
• Effective verbal and written communication with patients and clinical teams
• Time management, prioritization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
