Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Continuously assess and monitor patient status and intervene promptly as needed
Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced treatments in line with facility protocols
Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute care plans
Document patient care accurately and timely in the patient record
Educate patients and families with clear, empathetic communication about care and recovery

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) - aligned with the role Registered Nurse - ICU
Experience working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as listed in the posting
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care nursing principles and ICU workflows
Patient assessment and monitoring in a high-acuity setting
Safe medication and IV administration practices
Effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation
