Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department
Assess, triage, and monitor patients with urgency and clinical confidence
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up
Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses clearly and timely
Respond to emergencies and critical situations with composure and skills

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in Emergency Room nursing preferred
Current BLS required; ACLS and PALS preferred or available soon
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently on per-diem shifts and adapt quickly

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of ER triage, trauma protocols, and acute care procedures
Proficiency with electronic medical records and accurate documentation
Skills in IV therapy, medication administration, and emergency interventions
Excellent communication and teamwork in high-paced environments
Ability to multitask while maintaining patient safety and quality
