Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care across assigned shifts
• Perform thorough patient assessments and timely documentation
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain required health screenings and immunizations
• Support rapid response and emergency interventions as needed
• Participate in holiday and weekend rotations per contract requirements

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credential (RN) — license/certificate verification required
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications required or facility-mandated
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Trinity Skills Checklist
• Ability to pass Trinity 10-panel drug screen, fit test, and required immunizations/background checks
• Willingness to work Every Other Weekend and holiday rotations as specified in the contract

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient care and assessment skills
• Trauma and emergency care principles (TNCC)
• Stroke assessment familiarity (NIHSS)
• Safe medication administration and documentation practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with competency testing and skills validation processes
• Ability to follow facility-specific protocols and checklists
