Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services tailored to each patient’s needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress clearly and promptly
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain best practices

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain licensure in WA
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset
Clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in patient assessment and therapeutic interventions
Skilled in developing measurable treatment plans and documenting progress
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Ability to work with diverse patient populations and age groups
Strong problem-solving skills and professional bedside manner
