Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy assessment and treatment to patients with compassion and clinical excellence
Develop individualized care plans and measurable goals that help patients regain function
Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to align with site protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention to support long-term outcomes

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in Washington or eligibility to obtain WA licensure
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Comfortable with concise shift durations and adaptable scheduling (5-hour shifts listed)

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in related field considered

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in musculoskeletal and functional assessment techniques
Skilled in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy approaches
Familiarity with outcome measurement and documentation standards
Ability to provide clear patient and caregiver education
Comfort with fast-paced environment and efficient, high-quality care delivery
