Roles & Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate treatment effects and recommend changes to physicians and teammates as needed
• Perform appropriate assessments to determine patient needs and progress
• Provide direct care to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders
• Select and implement therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore function
• Document treatments and communicate patient status clearly with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation care

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (required)
• Basic Life Support (AHA) certification (required)
• Willingness to relocate to a rural area (required)
• Able to work full-time day schedule; strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patient evaluation and assessment
• Therapeutic procedures and rehabilitation techniques
• Experience caring for patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary and cardiovascular conditions
• Clinical documentation and interdisciplinary communication
• Patient-centered care and safety-focused practice
