Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluation and intervention tailored to each patient
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve daily function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care
Document patient progress and update care plans clearly and timely
Educate patients and families on home program strategies and adaptive techniques
Participate in orientation and onboarding activities to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Valid California occupational therapist license (required)
NBCOT certification preferred or in progress
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Experience in pediatric, outpatient, or hospital settings is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; compassionate care approach
Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time

Education

Entry-level: Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required) or equivalent degree

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in OT evaluation techniques and therapeutic interventions
Knowledge of adaptive equipment and activity analysis
Familiarity with documentation systems and clinical workflows
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong problem-solving and patient-education skills
