Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies
Administer medications, document treatments, and monitor patients for changes
Perform timely and accurate vital signs and clinical assessments
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Maintain clear, professional documentation in the patient chart
Support patient comfort, dignity, and safety while promoting independence

Qualifications

Active LPN license for Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain one)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable performing medication administration, basic assessments, and wound care
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Able to pass standard background and health screenings required by the facility

Education

LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Proficient with taking and interpreting vital signs
Good charting practices and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Compassionate patient care and strong interpersonal skills
